Adding H1 TAG in AV Script

Hello my mates!

Is there any way to add the H1 TAG in AvScript, without deforming all the layout?

I tried to add the H1 TAG in some places, like before the logo or after/before the First Adsense Code (the big-banner)


But in every place, the damn layout deforms and the site stay really ugly -_-


As everyone know, the H1 TAG is really important to SEO...
The H2 is important to SEO, too, but really less than H1...

You can easily change in the css file to add a H1 tag and make it look like the h2 tag that is currently in use, no differance will show but it will be recorded as a h1 tag, just change the font-style and size...

I seems you don't know what the H1 tag is.

The H stands for Heading. The H1 tag is only supposed to be used for headings to pages that you want to make really large.

For example, if you have the following content:

Content Heading
Content
Content
Content

You can make the heading bigger using the H1 tag:

<h1>Content Heading</h1>
Content
Content
Content

It will appear on your site as:

Content Heading

Content
Content
Content

The H1 tag isn't for the entire site, it's just for the headings.

It's good for SEO because google searches for H1 tags. But you're not supposed to put more than one on a page.

As for avarcade, you don't have to worry about the h1 tag since it already makes use of it. The titles of each page has an H1 tag already.

I can guarantee to you that I know what the H1 tag is =P

But in other scripts, like WordPress, I know how to put the H1 tag without be bigger than the other words, using CSS...I just don't know how to do it in AV Script

And I don't see H1 tag in AvArcade...just open the Code of your site and search for "<h1"...won't have any results O.o

Go to templates/yourtemplate/style.css

Add anywhere:

h1 {
font-size:15px;
}

(Change the 15px to whatever font you want)

If that doesn't work, search your style sheet for "H1". There might already be a command for H1

I looked at your source code (right click==>View Source) on your game pages, and the titles of your games have H1 tags around them. (I didn't see any on your homepage, just your game pages). If you want to edit that, go to modules/content_title.php and do a search for H1. It should be there if it's not in your template index.

The homepage dont have any headings as that would look weird..

I was every time looking just at HomePage...and hp don't have H1 Tags =P
